1. All refunds will be issued in the form of a cheque.
2. All refunds will have a $50.00 administration fee subtracted from the total, regardless of payment method or date of team registration cancellation.
3. All written registration cancellation requests received before registration closes will receive a full refund less the administrative fee.
4. All written registration cancellation requests received on may 16 or after will receive no refund.
5. The Tournament Committee may, upon written request, authorize refunds under extenuating circumstances.
6. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to cancel the tournament in whole or in part due to inclement weather, poor air quality or unplayable fields. If tournament cancellation occurs prior to the completion of the team's first scheduled game of the tournament, a maximum of 50% of the team's entry fee may be retained by the tournament to cover start-up cost of the tournament. In all other circumstances, no refund will be issued.
